So, recently I decided to tackle pocket page style scrapbooking. I have been a scrapbookerfor about 14 years. Ever since I was pregnant I have been trying to document my experiences with my children.
I stopped Paper scrapping about 9 years ago and went completely digital. Then I wanted to create my own supplies (thus Studio Elle Squared was born). Now I create hand made digital design resources that you can find over at Creative Market.
I found that I rarely (if ever) printed my finished pages and they were just gathering digital dust on my server. Well this Year I decided to go back to paper scrapping and I found I love Pocket Pages! While I am still going to throw in a layout or 2, I am going to simply print out my photos so that my kids can enjoy looking through the albums and see that photographic evidence that they are alive do exist!
This is weeks 1 and 2. I didn’t have enough photos to do a 2 page spread for these 2 weeks but since then I have been challenging myself to take more photos. I also got a new phone so I am trying to get into the habit of using my phone instead of my DSLR.
I have gone through the last 2 years and started just putting the pages together but not really embellishing them. As I get them done I might post them here.
